During the tour, we will guide you through our winemaking process, sharing how we harmonize age-old traditional techniques with a modern, minimal intervention approach.
The highlight of the visit is a guided tasting of our organic and low-intervention wines, sourced directly from our most iconic vineyard parcels. Together, we will focus on identifying the diverse range of Mediterranean aromas and flavors that define our terroir. To complete the journey, the tasting is expertly paired with four artisanal cheeses.
