Your experience begins with a stroll through our vineyards, where you’ll learn about the traditional methods of crafting Lambrusco at our wine museum. Next, you’ll visit our vinegar factory, a truly enchanting place.
Our vinegar factory is renowned for producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP, celebrated worldwide for its quality. Step into the dimly lit attics filled with barrels, where our vinegar undergoes a slow maturation process.
The aging process lasts a minimum of 12 years and occurs in “batteries,” a unique combination of barrels made from various woods that impart distinct aromas and flavors to the vinegar.
This authentic balsamic vinegar enhances any dish, making it a culinary treasure. After your tour, you’ll be invited to our Tasting Room, where you can savor three of our finest wines alongside three varieties of our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, complemented by local appetizers.
