Unlike many wine experiences, the Ground to Glass Discovery Tour takes place entirely on a working wine estate, giving you a genuine behind-the-scenes look at every stage of the winemaking journey.

Your experience begins where every great wine starts, in the vineyard. Walk among the vines and discover how the seasons, soils and climate shape each vintage. Learn how we care for the land through regenerative and sustainable farming practices, from cover crops and biodiversity programs to the day-to-day decisions that help produce exceptional fruit.

From there, step inside our working winery and follow the grapes' journey from harvest to bottle. Explore the production spaces, learn about fermentation, maturation and blending, and gain a deeper understanding of the craft behind every wine we make.

One of the highlights of the experience is the opportunity to taste wines directly from barrel and tank. These unfinished wines offer a fascinating glimpse into the winemaking process and allow you to experience flavours and textures rarely available to the public.

Know Before You Go

• All guests must complete a biosecurity footbath before entering the vineyard.
• Barrel and tank samples vary throughout the year and are subject to availability.
• Our winemaker may not always be available due to vintage, vineyard or production commitments. In these instances, the experience will be hosted by a knowledgeable member of our wine team.
• This experience operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the season. When hot please bring a hat and sunscreen, when cold and / or raining please wear appropriate clothing and bring an umbrella.
