Latitude 32 Wines is a boutique Hunter Valley winery where great wine, genuine hospitality, and memorable experiences come together.

Founded by Emma and David White, Latitude 32 was created with a simple philosophy: wine should be serious in quality but fun to enjoy. Located in the heart of Pokolbin, our estate is home to vineyards, an operating winery, and a contemporary cellar door, offering visitors a unique opportunity to connect with the complete story of wine, from the vineyard through to the glass.

Our wines are crafted from some of the Hunter Valley's most respected vineyard sites and guided by award-winning winemaker Adam Holmberg. In 2025, our Edward Semillon was awarded Best NSW/ACT White Wine at the Australian Small Winemakers Show, recognising both the quality of our vineyard and our commitment to producing exceptional Hunter Valley wines.

At Latitude 32, we believe wine experiences should be engaging, welcoming, and a little unexpected. Alongside our traditional wine tastings, guests can enjoy a range of immersive experiences designed to bring wine to life in fun and memorable ways.

Our signature Wine & Dumpling Pairing takes guests on a journey through five handcrafted dumplings, each carefully matched to a selection of Hunter Valley wines. For something truly different, our Chocolate Fondue Experience explores the flavours, textures, and aromas found in wine through a playful selection of fruits, sweets, and chocolate designed to mimic the characteristics often found in a glass of wine.

Guests can also enjoy private vineyard dining experiences, seasonal events, curated food and wine pairings, and behind-the-scenes experiences that offer a deeper connection to the vineyard and winemaking process.

I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars. Such a fantastic idea having a dumpling and wine tasting combo. We found out that they do change their menu every 2 months or so, therefore will definitely visit again. Not to mention the wine was delicious enough for us to purchase some to take home. Such interesting fillings within the dumplings. LOVED IT.

We absolutely loved this experience. The dumplings are wine is the most innovate wine and food pairing I have ever come across. I loved it so much I even forgot to take photos of the dumplings and wine together, the picture attached is before the wine was served. Bianca, our amazing host, told me they update the menu every 3 months, so next time we are back in the Hunter Valley will be popping in again for sure. If could give 10 out 5 stars I would. The wines are amazing as well, we were able to buy all the wines we tasted with the dumplings, as we couldn't pick a favourite. This is also my first google review as but this experience was so great, it deserves to shared. Thank you Latitude 32 you are on the list of our favorite wineries now.

We had the most beautiful experience at Latitude 32 Winery. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the wines were fantastic! We did the Breakfast in the vines experience and it was absolutely delicious. It was such a lovely and intimate way to start the morning. Sean, who led our tasting after breakfast, was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines and his customer service was truly top tier. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any wines. We still walked away with three bottles though. Including a white wine that was phenomenal, and we are not usually white wine drinkers. Highly recommend adding latitude wines to your vineyard tour if you haven't already... Amazing wine, wonderful service and a really special experience overall!
