Follow us on a guided tour around the winery, where we are going to be introduced to the wine making process and history of Crete. Under the guidance of our sommelier, complete your experience by pairing six of our most prestigious wines with traditional local cheese, Cretan olive oil and Mediterranean inspired condiments, to unlock new paths of enjoyment and learn the fundamentals of food and wine pairings.

Served with rusk and a platter of three traditional cheese, olive oil and local condiments, each chosen to accompany the respective wine.

Fantastic wine tasting! A walk from Kato Asites to the winery is absolutely worthwhile. Great views of the landscape and superb wines.

We had the most wonderful afternoon here. We did the one hour 5 wine tasting and were treated to an additional 2 as a bonus! The host was informative, relaxed and friendly and spoke passionately about her craft. One wine enthusiast and one novice both thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We stayed almost two hours as it was a quiet day and we were enjoying it so much. Bought some excellent value wines to enjoy at home too. Highly recommended!

Amazing Experience at the edge of the mountain

We visited the winery during the harvest time and we were lucky enough to see the process of making wine upfront from the olive terrace! The wines were also of exceptional quality and the food pairings really complimented them. We learned a lot about the history of Crete through its wine and hopefully next time we are in a restaurant we will apply the tips we learned on the food and wine pairings. We also got a few bottles to take home as a souvenir. Amazing experience - Definitely recommend!

We received a very warm welcome from Elpida, who guided us through the world of Cretan grape varieties with impressive expertise, knowledge, and experience. Beyond the fascinating insights into the wines, we also learned a great deal about Cretan and Greek culture. Elpida has a wonderful ability to convey her passion for indigenous grape varieties in a warm, engaging, and highly professional way. Her dedication to the world of wine, combined with her extensive knowledge, made this experience truly special. Thank you for such an enriching and memorable visit.
