Here, you’ll learn about the meticulous care our winemakers provide and the unique microclimate that shapes our wines. Just a short walk from the vineyards, we arrive at the winery's charming courtyard. We will pause in the vinification area to uncover the secrets behind our wine production. After passing through the bottling zone, we’ll reach the aging room for our red wines. In our garden veranda or tasting room, we’ll serve a platter featuring three Sicilian specialties, perfectly paired with two wines that capture the essence of the Mediterranean: a fresh, versatile white and a characterful red with a fruity bouquet. We are excited to welcome you to our Bio Farm, where you can enjoy our expansive green spaces, including a large lawn, a Mediterranean herb garden, ancient olive tree avenue, organic citrus grove, and an animal area.

All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Food and wine were of excellent quality. It was the first time we used the services of this bio farm but we will definitely do so again.

We spent a relaxing day with good food. My little one participated in the wheat workshop, making noodles with the other little guests. Débora was very sweet and attentive to all of them. Then we went to visit the educational farm, finishing with a sumptuous lunch, a real delight from the starters to the desserts. During the aperitif in the winery we tried some delicious jams made by them and the wine was also excellent. We couldn't resist and bought them. We are sure that we will return as soon as possible. I highly recommend it.

I recommend the Augustali organic farm to families, especially with young children, who will find not only animals but also workshops and various games such as swings and slides. Mrs. Finella was very kind and attentive, both during the budgeting/organization phase and throughout the morning. We had a good aperitif in the wine cellar and a good lunch, although the highlight wasn't the kitchen but the entire setting; we were satisfied.

Bio Fattoria Augustali is a magical place where nature reigns supreme. Last Saturday, we attended the "Mani in Pasta" workshop for children and had the opportunity to experience a wonderful blend of nature, animals, and learning. For children, it's the perfect place to combine learning and fun. There are many wonderful animals, a parking lot, and a play area. After the children's activity (reservation is recommended), we attended a small tasting of the estate's wines, with small samples—very much appreciated! Lunch was also delicious, refined, and of high quality. Finally, we would like to thank the staff and the owner, all extremely friendly. A special round of applause goes to Mrs. Enza, who is very kind and helpful. We will return for the other workshops in the spring.
