Experience the Flavors of Augustali Farm

Located between Alcamo and Partinico in the fertile land of Bosco Falconeria, Augustali Farm spans 12 hectares of lush vineyards and olive groves. Nestled in the provinces of Trapani and Palermo, this charming hillside estate also practices beekeeping. Visitors are invited to taste a selection of exquisite wines, high-quality olive oil, and delightful honey during their visit.

The Bambina Family's Legacy in Winemaking

The Bambina family has a rich agricultural history that began in the 1960s with the planting of olive trees in Bosco Falconeria. In 2013, Vincenzo Bambina and his wife Finella expanded their agricultural pursuits by acquiring additional land to cultivate grapes and citrus fruits. Their first production line launched in 2015, accompanied by the construction of a unique square-shaped cellar, known as Baglio. By 2017, Vincenzo introduced a line of monovarietal wines that gained international acclaim.

Attracting Wine Enthusiasts and Food Lovers

Augustali Farm has become a popular destination for tourists, thanks in part to the addition of a modern restaurant. This venue is perfect for hosting special events such as birthdays and weddings. In 2020, Vincenzo further enhanced the winery by adding a kitchen dedicated to guests, where they can enjoy the estate's wines paired with traditional Sicilian dishes.

Organic Grapes from Exceptional Terroirs

With 8.5 hectares dedicated to vineyards and citrus cultivation, Augustali Farm grows a variety of grapes, including Nero d’Avola, Syrah, Catarratto, Grillo, and Vermentino. All products are organically farmed and harvested by hand. The winery also produces delicious citrus jellies alongside its rich red and white wines, showcasing the unique flavors of Sicily.

I recommend the Augustali organic farm to families, especially with young children, who will find not only animals but also workshops and various games such as swings and slides. Mrs. Finella was very kind and attentive, both during the budgeting/organization phase and throughout the morning. We had a good aperitif in the wine cellar and a good lunch, although the highlight wasn't the kitchen but the entire setting; we were satisfied.

It was an extremely positive experience. The owner is competent and very professional. He makes guests feel at ease by paying attention to all their needs. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Food and wine were of excellent quality. It was the first time we used the services of this bio farm but we will definitely do so again.

We spent a relaxing day with good food. My little one participated in the wheat workshop, making noodles with the other little guests. Débora was very sweet and attentive to all of them. Then we went to visit the educational farm, finishing with a sumptuous lunch, a real delight from the starters to the desserts. During the aperitif in the winery we tried some delicious jams made by them and the wine was also excellent. We couldn't resist and bought them. We are sure that we will return as soon as possible. I highly recommend it.

Bio Fattoria Augustali is a magical place where nature reigns supreme. Last Saturday, we attended the "Mani in Pasta" workshop for children and had the opportunity to experience a wonderful blend of nature, animals, and learning. For children, it's the perfect place to combine learning and fun. There are many wonderful animals, a parking lot, and a play area. After the children's activity (reservation is recommended), we attended a small tasting of the estate's wines, with small samples—very much appreciated! Lunch was also delicious, refined, and of high quality. Finally, we would like to thank the staff and the owner, all extremely friendly. A special round of applause goes to Mrs. Enza, who is very kind and helpful. We will return for the other workshops in the spring.
