Augustali Winery

It was an extremely positive experience. The owner is competent and very professional. He makes guests feel at ease by paying attention to all their needs. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Food and wine were of excellent quality. It was the first time we used the services of this bio farm but we will definitely do so again.

We spent a relaxing day with good food. My little one participated in the wheat workshop, making noodles with the other little guests. Débora was very sweet and attentive to all of them. Then we went to visit the educational farm, finishing with a sumptuous lunch, a real delight from the starters to the desserts. During the aperitif in the winery we tried some delicious jams made by them and the wine was also excellent. We couldn't resist and bought them. We are sure that we will return as soon as possible. I highly recommend it.

I recommend the Augustali organic farm to families, especially with young children, who will find not only animals but also workshops and various games such as swings and slides. Mrs. Finella was very kind and attentive, both during the budgeting/organization phase and throughout the morning. We had a good aperitif in the wine cellar and a good lunch, although the highlight wasn't the kitchen but the entire setting; we were satisfied.

Bio Fattoria Augustali is a magical place where nature reigns supreme. Last Saturday, we attended the "Mani in Pasta" workshop for children and had the opportunity to experience a wonderful blend of nature, animals, and learning. For children, it's the perfect place to combine learning and fun. There are many wonderful animals, a parking lot, and a play area. After the children's activity (reservation is recommended), we attended a small tasting of the estate's wines, with small samples—very much appreciated! Lunch was also delicious, refined, and of high quality. Finally, we would like to thank the staff and the owner, all extremely friendly. A special round of applause goes to Mrs. Enza, who is very kind and helpful. We will return for the other workshops in the spring.

Perfect An authentic and warm experience. The quantities are generous as is the time you are given. We recommend 100%!! Very nice discovery!!

Variety of animals and games for children. Surprised by the "Sicilian puppet" theater. Good local food. - : Inconvenient having to leave the restaurant to go to the bathroom; the appetizer and menu could be a bit richer, although generally acceptable.

It was our first wine tasting and the experience exceeded our expectations! It was our last day in Sicily and wanted to do one before we leave, they accommodated last minute. It is such a charming property, the guide and owners are extremely kind hearted, generous and passionate about what they do for wine, olives and for children education as well. Their wine and olive oil are absolutely delicious on top of the experience! Everything high quality and organic. It was a memorable experience for my fiancé and I. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Olive Harvest experience as a family of four (kids 14 and 11). Beatriz was an excellent host, guiding us through the differnt types of olives, grapes and other produce on the farm, and the methods of production. There was plenty of wine to taste for the adults as we went around and the kids enjoyed the juice. To finish, we had some lovely food, got to taste this season's olive oil and some fantastic sicilian dishes. We couldn't resist buying some of the wine and other products to take home. Would thoroughly recommend visiting!

Farm Augustani is a charming farm where you can walk among donkeys, goats, sheep, and more. It’s a lovely place to experience a bit of rural life and get close to the animals. A fun and relaxed spot to spend part of the day. If you want to do a tour, you should book in advance.

My family LOVED our visit to Augustali where we enjoyed an olive oil tour (while enjoying the wine), viewed the wine vineyards, and made our own Olive pate and olive oil tasting. At the end we capped it off with a lovely dinner of food and wine from the farm that was fantastic. Our host was so lovely, accommodating and answered all of our questions and the place was gorgeous. We had 2 kids with us (9 & 7) and they were able to play, run around, see and pet some animals and try the food along with us (the 9 year old really enjoyed the Olive pate!) Overall I have to recommend Augustali as a must-do if you’re in the area and don’t forget to buy some wine and olive oil on your way out!

We visited for the animal experience which exceeded our expectations. The host was very welcoming and had a lot of knowledge on the animals who all seemed content and well cared for. The wine and food tasting was delicious and all set in a beautiful location.

We went there as a family for the pizza baking course and had a lot of fun with Beatrize :)! Grazie mille Beatrize. She gave us an entertaining and informative tour of the grounds, after which there was a small wine tasting. Alternatively, there was Coca Cola and Sprite. She was very sensitive and open to our little grandson (2.5 years old), despite the language barrier. The tour was in English, partly supported by Italian. At the end we were able to buy wine, unfortunately the olive oil was completely sold out. Thank you for this great experience, we would love to come again. There is a small zoo on the grounds, which can be visited before the baking course.

It was a wonderful stay. We received a very warm welcome and even though the weather wasn't that great, we had a lot of fun. First, we prepared pizza dough and were even allowed to put it in the oven ourselves. After that, we were allowed to shape the dough and add the toppings ourselves. We were shown everything beforehand and then we were allowed to do it together. After we had topped the pizza, we were allowed to see where and how the wine is made, and we also looked at the fields and animals on the farm. Of course, we tried the wine in between, which tasted very good. We also took a bottle back with us to Germany. The lady who showed us around was very nice and she gives the tour in both English and Italian. Afterwards we were able to enjoy our homemade pizza with a bottle of wine. All in all, we were very, very satisfied and can only recommend the place. 😊 To summarize in English what I said above: We spend a great time, making our own pizza, learning about the wine making process. We watched the fields and animals and in the end enjoyed our self made pizza. The experience we gained was amazing and everyone was really friendly. Our tour was in English, and we enjoyed our day at the organic farm. We can just recommend to visit and we will also personally come back to visit. 😊 Grazie mille for the splendida giornata. ❤️
