During these tastings, the wines that can be enjoyed are from the Pristis, Rousse Diamonds, Reserve, Limited Selection, Rousse Coast and Rocky Valley collections. Other products available for tasting are the Vinprom Rousse Rakia and the selection of vinegars. During the private wine tasting experience an experienced guide and host will give visitors a full experience on the wine appraisal process explaining how to properly sample the wines. This process includes assessing the colour of the wine by placing the glass with its contents against a white background; smelling the wine, identifying the different bouquets in each wine, rotating the wine glass, correct tasting methods which highlight the different notes and tones of the wine on the tongue.
