This experience offers a first approach to the history and philosophy of Cellers de Scala Dei, closely linked to the establishment of the Carthusian monks in the region in the 12th century.
The visit begins with a welcome in the winery and an introduction to the historical and territorial context that has defined the identity of Scala Dei over the centuries. The tour passes through the production and aging spaces, with special attention to the old cellar from the 17th century, and allows us to understand the link between territory, tradition and wine. The experience culminates with a commented tasting of four selected wines that express the identity of the winery
