Located in the historic village of Castello di Castellengo, which dates back to the 10th century, La Carosera is a delightful Bed & Breakfast nestled in the picturesque Biella hills of Upper Piedmont.

Our four elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are situated just beyond the Porta del Moro, the village's ancient entrance. Housed in a charming 18th-century building that once sheltered carriages, La Carosera is perched above the historic cellars of the Centovigne winery.

Surrounded by lush greenery and vineyards, La Carosera offers a variety of attractions in the Biella area, known for its rich textile heritage and beautiful parks, monuments, and places of worship. Guests can also savor unique local food and wine products, making for a memorable culinary experience.

Conveniently located between Turin, Milan, Alessandria, and Novara, La Carosera serves as an excellent base for visiting these vibrant cities or enjoying the stunning lakes of Maggiore, Orta, and Viverone. The breathtaking Valle d'Aosta, with its famous ski resorts in Gressoney and Ayasse, is less than an hour away.

Clean and hospitable location, breakfast is served at the table next to the wood stove creating a warm and family atmosphere. The managers are really special people, in the evening they accompanied us to the restaurant for dinner with their minibus because I didn't feel like driving. Thank you

Gracious and generous host, the rooms have a country-feel to them in which the family immediately felt at home. But even though this was an amazing place to spend the night, the wines were even better. In addition, there's a small restaurant nearby in the village with local home-made pasta. This place is a winner, wish we could stay longer.

Everything was perfect! We had a great time. Clean and tidy room, very good breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly. Really excellent value for money! There is also the possibility to visit the wine cellars and taste their wines.

magical place, extremely WELL maintained, warm welcome. I really had a good night's sleep, accompanied by a great dinner at the nearby restaurant "Osteria della Villa". Spectacular view from the room of the Biella Alps! then in the morning a run on the slopes of the castle of Castellengo and in the Baraggia fields... what more could you want?
