The visit begins in the vineyards, where we share the story of our land, the grape varieties we cultivate, and the work that goes into caring for the vines throughout the year. We then continue to the winery, where you will discover our winemaking philosophy and learn more about the main stages of the production process.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of four wines that represent the essence of Borgo Turrito:
• CalaRosa – Nero di Troia Rosé Wine
• Capo Nord – Classic Method Extra Brut Sparkling Wine
• Dodiciventuno – Nero di Troia Red Wine
• Terra Cretosa – Falanghina White Wine
The tasting is accompanied by a platter of selected local specialties, chosen to showcase the identity of our territory through its authentic flavours.
