During the tasting, you will enjoy a selection of exceptional wines, including Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, and our exclusive Single Vineyard Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. To enhance your meal, we will pair it with one of our finest wines: Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG (subject to availability), Olinto Sant’Antimo DOC made from 100% Canaiolo, or Romito Terre Vittori IGT, a harmonious blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 20% Sangiovese.

Origin is a celebration of our Riserva, representing the pinnacle of Brunello, alongside our unique 100% Canaiolo wine crafted from a rare indigenous grape. We also honor our family’s Supertuscan, made using traditional methods. This experience is ideal for wine enthusiasts eager to deepen their appreciation of Tuscan wines and culinary delights.
