We had a great time! Natalia is very knowledgeable and gave us a tour and fabulous tasting experience. We made reservations same day, and showed up early, and she graciously accepted us. The wine is good and affordable, and the castle and tasting experience did not disappoint.

They make really good Chianti/Sangiovese wines, and their rose is exceptional. I haven’t been to a more informative wine tasting tour either and you can get drunk on the views from their terrace :).

We have arrived back in Canada after a wonderful vacation in Italy. One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to Fattoria Della AIOLA. This winery is a true Tuscan classic. The customer service provided by Bianca when arranging our visit ahead of time was excellent. On the day of our visit we were greeted by Svetlana, an exceptional host… we appreciated her depth of knowledge as she stepped us through the array of wines offered during our tasting, and we enjoyed the stories she shared with us related to the history of the winery. It was truly the best wine tasting experience we have ever had. The wine was exceptional as well. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, the spumante was sold out – the next production will be in 2025. We find it extremely regrettable that the brandy is no longer being produced. Sales volumes were too low. Since production of the Grappa Riserva was discontinued years ago for the same reason, all that remains is the regular, excellent grappa and the wine. The red wine from Aiola isn't our cup of tea, and we didn't particularly like the rosé. We really enjoyed the white wine. We received very friendly service. The prices are reasonable.

Warm welcome, interesting tasting (red, white, sweet), very very good value for money 😋, and obligatory passage through the Strade Bianche to get there, so necessarily in a pretty picturesque and wild place!

An interesting tour of the winery with a visit to the wine cellar, museum and castle. Afterwards we tasted delicious wines with cheese, salami, bread, olive oil and water. Then we bought some of the delicious wines from the shop and some olive oil.
