A guided tasting of 3 organic wines from our terroir: the Umbrian hills between Fabro and Allerona, formed on an ancient marine soil rich in fossils. Together, we will explore the differences between the labels, the production style, and the close relationship between grape varieties and territory, in an informal yet carefully curated setting.
