Utilizing amphorae and stainless steel tanks alongside sustainable practices, Torre Bisenzio ages its wines in French oak barrels, resulting in unique flavors that reflect the rich history of the terroir. The vineyards at Torre Bisenzio share a distinctive soil composition and climate, ideal for grape cultivation. The soil, a mix of sedimentary clay, gravel sands, and alluvial silt, is rich with marine fossils, including seashells and oysters. This area, once submerged by the Tyrrhenian Sea four million years ago, has a geological history that enhances the quality of the wines produced here. The well-draining gravel and sand encourage deep root growth, allowing vines to access essential nutrients from the limestone formed by ancient marine life. Sabina and everyone at Torre Bisenzio were absolutely so amazing and accommodating to make our tasting as special as possible for a surprise birthday celebration. We blended our own wine straight from the amphoras, which was a one of a kind experience we will never forget. Beautiful property, beautiful people, beautiful day. Everyone should experience the hospitality and knowledge of Torre Bisenzio!!! ✨

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sabina is amazing and a perfect host. The whole time there is filled with great wine, food and knowledge. Definitely customizing our own wine and label was was unique and therapeutic. Looking forward to receiving the lasagne recipe! 😄

An oasis of peace and silence near Orvieto. Dinner with a tasting of an excellent level with music and lots of laughter. The place is wonderful, too bad it was evening, otherwise I could have enjoyed the view that I was told was very beautiful. Easily accessible and with a large parking lot.

Wow where do i begin, This is one of the best winery we have visited while we were in Tuscany. The winery was absolutely gorgeous, we have visited it with my fiance during our trip to Italy. Sabina was our host and she was absolutely amazing, she treated us like family. We got to try variety of wines ( red, white, rose and sparkling wine) , which were honestly some of the best wines we had. The food is freshly made onsite, we had so many cheeses, cold cuts, eggplant parmesan , home made jams and burrata , authentic home made pasta with ragout, picci pasta with fresh shaved truffles , was some of the best food we had in all of Italy.
