An oasis of peace and silence near Orvieto. Dinner with a tasting of an excellent level with music and lots of laughter. The place is wonderful, too bad it was evening, otherwise I could have enjoyed the view that I was told was very beautiful. Easily accessible and with a large parking lot.

Wow where do i begin, This is one of the best winery we have visited while we were in Tuscany. The winery was absolutely gorgeous, we have visited it with my fiance during our trip to Italy. Sabina was our host and she was absolutely amazing, she treated us like family. We got to try variety of wines ( red, white, rose and sparkling wine) , which were honestly some of the best wines we had. The food is freshly made onsite, we had so many cheeses, cold cuts, eggplant parmesan , home made jams and burrata , authentic home made pasta with ragout, picci pasta with fresh shaved truffles , was some of the best food we had in all of Italy.

Sabina and everyone at Torre Bisenzio were absolutely so amazing and accommodating to make our tasting as special as possible for a surprise birthday celebration. We blended our own wine straight from the amphoras, which was a one of a kind experience we will never forget. Beautiful property, beautiful people, beautiful day. Everyone should experience the hospitality and knowledge of Torre Bisenzio!!! ✨

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sabina is amazing and a perfect host. The whole time there is filled with great wine, food and knowledge. Definitely customizing our own wine and label was was unique and therapeutic. Looking forward to receiving the lasagne recipe! 😄

Highly recommend! Booked a lunch & wine tasting for my husband & I and it was one of our favorite experiences in Italy. Booking was easy through the email on the website. Very responsive. The wine tasting was about 3 hours- and essentially private in their beautiful tasting room with Sabina, who felt like a good friend by the end of it. It included a large delicious lunch, and we tried 2 whites, and probably 5 or 6 red wines. They’re a fairly young winery but the wine was so good! And generous pours, with the bottles on the table to try more as we wanted. Finally, we took a tour of where the wine is made with Sabina as well as one of the winemakers, trying different wines in production from the stills & barrels. And then we chose to pay a little more & make a custom bottle of wine by blending the wines from the barrel. Their wines are well priced too so bought a bottle to take with us. Thanks to Sabina & Torre Bisenzio!!

Our tasting at Torre Bisenzio was long overdue given we live only a few kilometers away, but more than worth the wait! The views are spectacular and Sabina provided an amazing experience with her knowledgeable and funny perspectives on the excellent wine and many other things as well. She even followed up, after a conversation about cooking wild boar, by providing me with some wild fennel as I said I’d had a hard time finding it. The Sarnero Pinot Nero is a real treat, as is the Ambris Sauvignon Blanc.
