the Winetastings : a sharing and loving moment
Dear Nicholas, I thank you for your kind words. Looking for excellence, I received a lot from the best winemakers on earth while visiting them from Sonoma Valley to Toscany, from Bordeaux to Switzerland, from Germany to Spain. It's a pleasure and my honor to give it back to the visitors!

Wonderful tasting and tour!
We did several wine tastings around Chablis and this was our favorite! We had a private tour and tasting with the owner of the vineyard who was incredibly knowledgable and welcoming. The wine was fantastic, as were the homemade gougères we were served! Highly recommend if you want to learn more about the history of the region and winemaking and if you want to taste some delicious wine!

Highly recommended!! Arnould generously spent a few hours talking us through the history, geology and ecology of their family land and their region. He then talked us through four spectacular wines in the Chateau cave. They were all unique in their own way, expressions of the organically farmed land and minimal intervention winemaking. Easily one of the most personal and informative tastings in our experience. Thanks a lot Arnould!
