The "Barolo Verticale" tasting focuses on tasting different Barolo vintages to understand the effects of different vintages on our crus, but above all to analyze what makes our Barolo great worldwide: its remarkable longevity. Four historic vintages (8 years and older) including Barolo Cannubi, Barolo di Barolo, Barolo Sarmassa, and Barolo Riserva.

3rd generation of wine makers. We had a tour and 5 wine tastings all were fantastic. The owner speaks very good English and so we got to learn a lot about the different types of Barolo wine.

We just had a wine tour by Lorenzo (virna’s nephew). The tour was very interesting, and comprehensive, about the winery process and the winery impressive history. The tasting if the different wines were very very good and we will enjoy them at home too 😜. It was a great experience and excellent hospitality!

A visit and tasting at a family-run business that operates perfectly. Four tastings were offered, with impeccable explanations for each bottle. The boy (Virma's nephew) may be very young, but he's truly smart and knowledgeable. The only small drawback: it would have been nice to have had Ms. Virna with us until the end of the tasting and to have received a few more "gems" from her about the business and its journey.
