The experience begins with a stroll in the vineyard, among single-planted vines on typical terraces built with dry-stoned walls facing the volcano, in order to learn every secret of Etnean viticulture. The tour continues walking through the cellar, where indigenous varieties are vinified in accordance with the specific wine making tradition originated on Etna’s slopes. Finally, the tour ends in the tasting room obtained from the refurbishment of the antique 19th century “palmento”, a place rich in charm and history. Here you will enjoy the tasting of 3 wines: Trainara Doc Etna Bianco, Vignazza Doc Etna Rosato and Croceferro Doc Etna Rosso.
Craft your own jam, then savor exquisite wines amid Sicily's stunning Etna vineyards.
