The visit begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery, in case of bad weather, the panoramic terrace will offer a particular point of view to observe slopes and hills that represent our history.

Luca will share with you his passion for viticulture and his philosophy of "extreme drinking", focused on 5 ideal wines.

You will walk through the places where refinements and vinifications take place between cement vats, steel tanks and barriques that allow the creation of some wines included in the final tasting. In the latter, five wines will be proposed:

  • Ah! Chardonnay,
  • Temperss White Wine Trick,
  • Classic Method Brut Rosé,
  • Wine from Thirst ,
  • So many Barbera d'Asti.

Each sip will be accompanied by a locally produced cheese. Moasca cheeses .

A fantastic place, a wonderful family where they involve you in their artisanal work of producing their wine. I have been there myself and recommend it.

What a wonderful off-the-beaten-path surprise! This cellar turned out to be a true oenological jewel. The wine selection is simply exceptional, with labels that tell the story of the territory in every sip. The real added value is Luca, a host who transforms tasting into an engaging experience: his passion for wine is contagious and his way of describing each bottle reveals a profound knowledge and authentic love for his work. The guided tasting is absolutely not to be missed - it will allow you to discover authentic wine treasures through the eyes of those who selected them with care and dedication.
