It is a cozy cabin in a wonderful place, surrounded by vineyards and covered in stars at night. It is a perfect place to sleep while visiting the Itata Valley. Pablo and Daniela's wines are unique and reflect the regenerative agriculture they carry out. I think they are benchmarks in Chile in terms of the production of natural wines. It takes a little while to get to the location but with the directions and coordination we arrive anyway. To get to the cabin you have to go up on foot if you don't have a 4x4 car. Pablo and Daniela were very friendly during the stay, during which we were also able to try their wines. I'll be back!

From here comes the lovely vino Mingaco. Some of the best vin nature in all of Chile. At the heart of this fine institution is Pablo who values simplicity and permaculture. Using traditional techniques to create beautiful wine. Is easy to drink and Pablo and his family are approachable and friendly. Their wine is available in many places all over the world but if you’re in town in Concepsion and want to visit you need only reach out and they will be happy to receive you and give you the dime tour.
