very successful event. Has expanded my knowledge about the oysters and in particular I will leave out lemon and other ingredients in the future. This expresses the great fresh taste of the oyster much better. The sparkling wines fit in very well. Very well organized and arranged and the moderation, the moderator, was excellent.

A great experience – highly recommended! The online wine tasting with the wines from the Wilhelmshof winery in Siebeldingen was a really nice experience for my girlfriend and me. The wines were consistently delicious, and you could immediately tell that Ms. Roth was truly passionate about her job. The tasting was also extremely informative in terms of content – ​​we were able to learn a lot about the wines and their aromas. We particularly found the included aroma samples that had to be guessed a great idea and a playful addition to the tasting. All in all, a very successful event that we can only recommend. And who knows – maybe we’ll visit the winery in person at some point! Thank you for this lovely wine tasting.

Wilhelmshof Winery – enjoyment in every respect! The Wilhelmshof winery always impresses me - not only with the excellent quality of its wines and sparkling wines, but also with the lovingly organized events that make every visit an experience. This year I received the Advent calendar as a gift and I am simply thrilled! Every day I open a door full of anticipation and am surprised with high-quality, lovingly selected products. Of course, I'm particularly happy about the small bottles of wine, which give me the opportunity to taste my way through the fantastic range. It's just fun and a perfect opportunity to discover the variety and quality of Wilhelmshof wines! But the other products in the calendar - all of high quality and packaged with a lot of love - also show how much passion is put into every detail. I am already looking forward to more moments of enjoyment with the wines, sparkling wines and events from Wilhelmshof and can only warmly recommend this winery. Keep it up!

A winery that is highly recommended also has good offers for people who don't want to drink alcohol. We took part in a guided tasting and were thrilled. The winemaker conveyed her joy well, explained a lot and was able to answer all of your questions. And we were able to enjoy a very fine drop. And of course, we bought it too. 👍

We have been to an event at Wilhelmshof several times, this time on the theme of “oysters and sparkling wine”. In the modern event room on the first floor, two long tables for 30 people each were beautifully decorated. Oyster shells served as name tags - great idea! When you arrive you are taken to the designated place, everything was perfectly organized as always. The tasting began at 11 a.m., consisting of several of the house's sparkling wines combined with a special type of oyster. For each pairing there was a moderation in which not only was the sparkling wine and its aroma profile explained, but also interesting facts about the oyster - variety, origin, breeding, harvest and taste profile. It was exciting to be able to compare different varieties, which differed significantly in shape, size, texture and taste. The sparkling wines fit perfectly and the overall picture was simply harmonious. The event was over after just under 2.5 hours, but you could still order oysters or take them home - for a really fair price per piece, with a discount for larger quantities (12 pieces for 45 euros). As always, a highly professional, informative event with top quality products. The Wilhelmshof plays in a league of its own when it comes to events, and the sparkling wines are in no way inferior to the French champagnes (especially since the production is exactly the same - everything is handcrafted).
