Beautiful tour of this splendid winery where the entire wine production cycle is carried out, from the care of the vineyards to bottling and labeling. Special attention should be paid to the amphorae where the white Pithos (grecanico) and the red Pithos (nero d'Avola) are produced. Worth a visit!

We love the wines for years. This time first visit and degustation of selected exciting wines. Very friendly sommelier & a cute dog! :) We adore their philosophy of letting wines change and adapt to specific conditions in the year of harvest. Greetings from Germany!

This was a sort of pilgrimage trip for me, after enjoying COS wines for many years, and it did not disappoint! Fabio, our host, was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate, and gave us lots of great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Worth the drive if you are staying further away.

Great wine tasting with a very informative and friendly guide. All areas could be visited and we were lucky that the wine was just being pressed. There are many good varieties - something for every taste.

Second time I have been to COS and it was just as fantastic. Fabio led our group around the vineyard and the cellar thoroughly explaining the wine regions history and the wine making process of COS. We then had an amazing tasting with some fresh bread and estate made olive oil. Fantastic!
