We love the wines for years. This time first visit and degustation of selected exciting wines. Very friendly sommelier & a cute dog! :) We adore their philosophy of letting wines change and adapt to specific conditions in the year of harvest. Greetings from Germany!

We had a lovely tour and tasting with Fabio. The wine was so delicious and the winery itself is beautiful. 10 out of 10 recommend visiting.

This was a sort of pilgrimage trip for me, after enjoying COS wines for many years, and it did not disappoint! Fabio, our host, was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate, and gave us lots of great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Worth the drive if you are staying further away.

Great wine tasting with a very informative and friendly guide. All areas could be visited and we were lucky that the wine was just being pressed. There are many good varieties - something for every taste.

Second time I have been to COS and it was just as fantastic. Fabio led our group around the vineyard and the cellar thoroughly explaining the wine regions history and the wine making process of COS. We then had an amazing tasting with some fresh bread and estate made olive oil. Fantastic!

Good morning everyone, I will first give my opinion on the company, exceptional, the method of producing the wine and the excellent quality of the same, on the other hand the tasting paid €75 (I was with my two children) which I find not adequate to the standing of the company, four tastings from white to red without changing and washing the glass and without a cracker to neutralize the palate as is usually done during a tasting in a cellar of a certain level, furthermore I bought more than €100 of wine and it was given to me in a cheap carton, open with the bottles banging against each other with the risk of breaking and without the company logo and finally I was refused a small picnic (a few arancini) on a table under a tree in the garden of the company. However I would like to point out that I appreciated being able to do the tasting regardless of what I wrote despite being 45 minutes late on the scheduled time.

Love this place! Contacted them last minute and they squeezed us in. I’m not the most knowledgeable on wines but Bruno made us feel so welcome and that all questions were good questions. Learned so much and had so many great wines. I will be buying and enjoying their wines for a long time now thanks to this visit. Absolutely gorgeous setting, people and wine. Couldn’t ask for more!!!

Beautiful tour of this splendid winery where the entire wine production cycle is carried out, from the care of the vineyards to bottling and labeling. Special attention should be paid to the amphorae where the white Pithos (grecanico) and the red Pithos (nero d'Avola) are produced. Worth a visit!

Beautiful experience spent together with professionals in the world of wine. The owners, Mr. Giambattista and Mr. Giusto, are very professional and available to show and explain the work carried out at the estate. Thanks also to Mrs. Vittoria for the tasting and explanation of the wines and their labels.

Very rich experience. Unique attention and kindness. The wine I suggested was the Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico Delle Fontane; the lunch they offered us was spectacular. Compliments to the owners and the cook.
