Your visit includes a tour of the vineyards, cellar, and restaurant, showcasing the owner's commitment to nurturing a diverse range of vines while respecting local biodiversity. At the core of Mevi Winery is our state-of-the-art cellar, where modern technology meets traditional winemaking. We utilize advanced equipment, including a hydraulic press for gentle fruit extraction and stainless steel tanks for fermentation, ensuring precision in every bottle. These tanks feature cutting-edge cooling systems and hot water boilers for optimal temperature control. Our wines are aged in French and American oak barrels, adding depth and character to each vintage.
