Established in 1922, the winery is rooted in the legacy of Baron Edmond de Rothschild, who played a pivotal role in founding the Binyamina settlement. Learn about the Zeltzer family's rich winemaking tradition and how it has evolved over the decades.
The guided tour offers insightful explanations of the winemaking process, starting from the vineyard and leading you through the barrel room, grape receival bins, and fermentation tanks. So we felt like we were escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. We arrived in peaceful and beautiful Benimina and treated ourselves to an indulgent brunch of ceviche, maztes, vegetable salad, tomato sourdough bread and wine tasting A great way to celebrate the weekend

I really enjoyed the visit, I can feel that the people love what they do, professionals, we were particularly impressed by the tour guide Meir, who made the tour and the tasting simply an experience 🤩🤩 There was fire!!🔥🔥

I love Binyamina, but experience really depends on who helps you to choose the wine The people When I meet Yahye there, it means that I will get the great experience - he has an amazing energy, really helpful, sharing and always smiling. Also, he knows a lot about their wine and wine in general About the rest stuff that I had a chance to talk to - let’s keep it that way - I wouldn’t come back The wine Excellent VFM. I would say that it’s the best in Israel. You can buy bottle of good wine for 45NIS and promising medaled wine for 60NIS The place Good part - you can have a tasting event for a reasonable price Bad part - the working hours. It’s challenging to visit the winery when they are working the same hours that you are. But I was advised to call in advance, as they might be open on Friday as well, when they have an event

I highly recommend you take a tour of the world class binyamina winery. Their operation is highly impressive, churning out over 3 million bottles of wine a year. Got a look at the fermentation operation and their barrel cellar. Spent the afternoon tasting wine with their winemakers. Special review of their Israel 🇮🇱 75th anniversary wine and their fantastic 2022 Chardonnay coming soon.
