I highly recommend you take a tour of the world class binyamina winery. Their operation is highly impressive, churning out over 3 million bottles of wine a year. Got a look at the fermentation operation and their barrel cellar. Spent the afternoon tasting wine with their winemakers. Special review of their Israel 🇮🇱 75th anniversary wine and their fantastic 2022 Chardonnay coming soon.

An event hall for conferences, including wine and cheese tastings, visit to the wine factory, the history is fascinating, the products are of high quality

Wonderful tour guide who knows his stuff. A quick tour of the facility and to hear about the interesting history of the winery. Then, to the tasting room for a nicely paced session of trying three different wines that you choose and a couple of different whiskeys. No pressure to buy anything at the end.

So we felt like we were escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. We arrived in peaceful and beautiful Benimina and treated ourselves to an indulgent brunch of ceviche, maztes, vegetable salad, tomato sourdough bread and wine tasting A great way to celebrate the weekend
