Your experience starts with an insightful introduction to our estate's unique terroir and natural winemaking techniques. During the guided tour, you will learn about the Georgian Qvevri vinification process while visiting our fermenting room, scenic balconies, and wine storage areas. The highlight is a tasting session in our cozy wine tasting room, where you will sample four exquisite wines and choose one or two fortified wines. Each tasting is paired with stories that reveal the history and flavors behind each sip.
Next, roll up your sleeves for a traditional culinary experience. You will prepare and bake Georgian "Shoti" bread in a tone and create your own churchkhela, a delightful sweet made from grapes and nuts. This hands-on activity not only teaches you about Georgian culinary traditions but also allows you to take home your handmade creations as a memorable keepsake from this flavorful experience.

We had an amazing afternoon at Kardanakhi Estate. Kaha was super generous of his time and gave us lots of information, even though they were harvesting that day. The wine and food were delicious. The place is beautifully decorated and they even allowed us to stay and play Catan :)
