Enjoy a delightful two-course à la carte lunch paired with our popular Tulloch Hunter Heroes wine tasting. You can choose to start with a wine tasting at 11:00 am followed by lunch, or enjoy lunch first at 12:30 pm, with both venues just a short 2-minute drive or a leisurely 10-minute walk apart.
The Hunter Valley is Australia’s oldest wine region, with its first vines planted in the 1820s. Today, over 150 wineries produce a diverse range of exceptional wines. The Tulloch family has been a cornerstone of this region since 1895 when John Younie (J.Y.) Tulloch began his winemaking journey on a 43-acre property in Pokolbin, nurturing the neglected Shiraz vines.
During the Tulloch Hunter Heroes wine tasting, you will sample six carefully selected wines that showcase the region's best-known grape varieties: Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, and Verdelho. This tasting also includes a special wine from our museum cellar, allowing you to compare an aged Hunter wine with our current releases.

Hunters Quarter, run by the talented husband-and-wife duo Brian and Jen Duncan, offers a relaxed yet elegant dining experience in the heart of Pokolbin. Chef Brian Duncan, with his extensive background in fine dining, has crafted a seasonal menu that highlights local produce and global flavors. Enjoy a two-course lunch (Entrée + Main or Main + Dessert) in a beautiful setting, complete with a private terrace overlooking the vineyards. HQ is recognized as the #1 restaurant in Pokolbin on TripAdvisor, making it the perfect spot to savor fantastic food.

At Tulloch, we welcome families and ensure an inclusive experience for all. We offer special activities for younger kids, teenagers, and non-drinkers. All visitors to our Cellar Door require a booking, and we provide mobility parking and direct access. Guide and support dogs are welcome. Kids Experience (Child) $55 - Keep your kids entertained with our Tulloch Junior Tasting, featuring 4 different soft drinks and matching snacks (nut and gluten-free). For lunch, HQ offers a Kids 2-course menu suitable for ages 3-12. Please select the Child pricing for this experience.
Teens Experience (Teenager) $130 - Teens can enjoy a sophisticated experience with 3 specialty Kombuchas paired with a local cheese box, followed by a 2-course lunch from the same menu as adults. This option is suitable for teens aged 13-17 and non-drinkers. Please select the Teenager pricing for this experience.
