Professional, precise and fantastic visit. In addition to an excellent Lambrusco (among the 3 best in the area) there are classic methods of another level. Excellent tasting. Other wines were also added to the tasting.

Winery specializing in the production of classic method sparkling wines based on Pinot, Chardonnay and Lambrusco with some interesting proposals including the Lambrusco di Sorbara classic method vinified in white. Possibility of direct purchase in the winery and tastings. Kind, competent and passionate staff. Alternative to the more famous classic methods definitely worth trying.

Marco gave us a wonderful tour and story of how Cantina Della Volta takes great care with their grapes and wine. It was a unique tour and tasting we won’t soon forget.

In this winery, tradition and progressiveness have merged, giving rise to something truly unique for our region in an orderly and pleasant way, using the classic method as the basis for the wines and production! I had an amazing experience from the manufacturing process all the way to the tasting session of Lambrusco produced in the classic method. It was truly worth it. The experience was made even better thanks to Francesca's expertise and energy, who guided my family and me throughout the entire experience. The highlights were definitely DDR.

Absolutely exceptional! I always love going to their cellar tastings and in my humble opinion they are one step ahead. I once heard that Champagne is a Lambrusco and I totally believed it. Then there you can discover the liaison between Champagne and Sorbara❤️
