Guide was so knowledgeable and warm, thank you Paolo. The food and tasting was great, staff knew their stuff. But it would have been good to have the process explained as most of our group didn’t get the tasting so we were a bit confused after the tour until we asked at reception about the booking, when we were then pointed to the restaurant for our tasting.
