The winemaking process harmonizes traditional methods with modern technology, utilizing both large French oak barrels and concrete steel tanks to age their exceptional wines.
Abbazia Santa Anastasia is dedicated to ecological sustainability, honoring the natural rhythms once observed by Benedictine monks. The winery practices organic farming and actively reduces plastic use. Approximately 80% of the energy consumed is generated by a photovoltaic system installed on 750 square meters. Additionally, water used in the winemaking process is recycled to irrigate vineyard crops, conserving resources while providing essential nutrients for healthy growth.

Excellent service and a very unique place. Everything is cleaned and well maintained and the premises of the hotel are great, also good restaurant on premises - make sure to try it. Reds were great as well!

Everything is perfectly coordinated, just to feel good and relax, if you are looking for peace and quiet you will find it there, the rooms are tailored to the style of the winery, we were lucky enough to get one with a view, very friendly staff, winery tour included, great pool, restaurant with selected dishes and their own wines, we felt very comfortable there.
