The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, newly built, where we will explain the entire production process that starts from the harvested grapes and reaches the bottle of wine.The tour continues in the aging room and in the area used for packaging.
The visit moves to the panoramic terrace from where you can see the vineyards and other plots Terre de Pepi.
In the tasting room we will pour you four organic wines in combination with a cutting board of mixed cured meats, typical cheeses from Volterrs area and baked products garnished with EVO oil of our production.
We will always be present and happy to answer to any question or curiosity of our guests about the job, which Francesco carries out with such devotion and passion, his philosophy of life thanks to which he defines his agriculture as "LIVE FARMING".
