Begin your journey with a guided tour of the farm, where you’ll have the chance to explore surrounding of the farm, the lemon garden, the olive trees fields, the traditional winery, and the olive oil mill, gaining insight into the meticulous processes behind the production of their exceptional products.
Following the tour, indulge in a tasting session featuring our three wines: the native Tuscan grape Colorino “Casaglia” ad a single variety, aged in oak barrels, a very interesting and rare choice and the Italian and international varieties: the “Vico” , a blend of Pinot noir, Gamay and Teroldego Rotaliano and the” Cantagrilli” a 100% Pinot noir aged in oak barrels
The tasting will be accompanied by a small selection of local cheeses and salumi, complementing the wines together with our olive oil and a fresh bread offering a true taste of the region.
