For over fifty years, the Breschi family has passionately managed this winery, honoring the cultural traditions of the region while practicing sustainable agriculture. They produce high-quality wines and olive oils that reflect the essence of Chianti.

Upon arrival, the friendly staff will guide you through the production cellars, offering a brief introduction to winemaking and enology. You will then enjoy a guided tasting of five exquisite wines paired with a selection of local delicacies, including cheeses, cured meats, local honey, seasonal bruschetta, and Tuscan crostini, such as olive pâté and liver pâté. Spanning 240 hectares, with 30 dedicated to vineyards and 40 to olive groves, Fattoria Pagnana is situated at an elevation of 200 to 250 meters above sea level. The estate features a variety of east/southeast-facing soils, which provide excellent temperature variations, ideal for producing Chianti wines.
