Spanning 240 hectares, with 30 dedicated to vineyards and 40 to olive groves, Fattoria Pagnana is situated at an elevation of 200 to 250 meters above sea level. The estate features a variety of east/southeast-facing soils, which provide excellent temperature variations, ideal for producing Chianti wines.
