Warm welcome and comfortable house on a magnificent site

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at Fattoria Pagnana! Lovely apartment, beautifully renovated, it was very warm this week but the thick walls made it pleasant inside. We had brought a mosquito net for the mosquitos, we were very happy with that :) With a 3 year old child it was perfect! Lovely swimming pool. really enjoyed it!! WiFi only outside, not in the house, but we liked that, nice and quiet :)

A well-built country apartment, a bit cold in every respect, but nice and fully equipped. The TV wasn't in the room, but in the kitchen, which was a bit uncomfortable; everything was clean. The bed was okay, but the breakfast was mediocre: In the morning, two croissants with jam were left in a bag hanging by the door (there were two of us), but no one asked us what flavor! I would have left it empty, because the fridge contained butter, jam, and Nutellina for the biscuits, which were placed in a basket on the table along with two pre-packaged lemon cakes, two plunkakes, and two gluten-free sandwiches. There are tea bags (there are no chamomile), a Nespresso machine, and the kettle is generally fine, except for the fact that there's no Wi-Fi in the apartments (outside, yes), which is a sore spot these days, and the data connection wasn't great. I used iliad and my wife had Vodafone, and we both searched for a signal.

Wonderful weekend in the Tuscan Hills. Excellent hospitality and availability for a unique experience in contact with the nature. The structure Is inserted in a very quiet and large green space that allows you to rest and recover. Also clean private pools with great views over the landscape. Cellar well stocked with High quality italian tipical products (foremost oil and wine). Ideal location also for private ceremonies. Sure I'll be back soon

I had the opportunity to visit the farm on two different occasions, once in the summer and once in the winter, both times for a wedding. I must admit that both times I had a great time, both for the location and for the food and service. Not much to say: well done! And thank you for having made two magnificent evenings in complete relaxation.

A great family holiday! Spacious and clean accommodation, very nice staff, lots of entertainment, and an idyllic setting in the middle of Tuscany. A beautiful place to visit Florence and its surroundings

This is a great place for a holiday. The pool feels good after a day of sightseeing. There are lots of things to do around and the staff is very nice. Already been there twice, I would definitely go back!

Great place. Swimming pool, tennis court and wifi. Excellent for families even with small children. In the middle of the vineyards of the Tuscan hills, quiet and peaceful. Ideal if you want to get away from the city. A few km from Florence where you can take the train. Rignano sull'arno station 2 km away. Excellent welcome, cozy and very clean apartment. Excellent wines. Definitely worth a holiday again. Thanks to all the staff at Farma Pagnana.

We spent a full week of holiday here. On arrival it was quite a quest to find the place. We arrived midnight, but that was ok. On arrival a box of lovely chianti wine was put on the table as welcome gift. The box also contained a bottle of olive oil. During our stay we enjoyed the pool, and the fruit growing on the trees around the pool. From this location it was easy to go into the mountains of Umbria, or to travel to Tuscany. We really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we have not been in the opportunity to visit this place again.

I've been 3 times over the last 20 years and I always have a peaceful and relaxing time. Accomodation is basic but that's ok. This last time I found myself wishing that the pool furniture was more comfortable. Their own Prosecco and red wine are both very good, the white wine and olive oil also nice. Car is needed for supply runs to the shops and day trips around Tuscany
