We were served by Michael who made the experience even more entertaining with his wine presentations. The service was great and the atmosphere definitely something very different and a unique experience. You do have to book in advance for the little caves. Happy we could experience this and the wine was great too. Thank you for having us.

Stumbled upon this absolute gem. Everything was perfect. Service was topnotch. Had a mixed platter and the quality of food items was incredible and the presentation was magnificent. Really unique experience too, as they have interestingly decorated cavern-type rooms to sit in. Such a pleasant experience. 100% recommend ans would love to return.

My friends and I had a wonderful time! It was an impromptu wine tasting experience but it was worthwhile. Shout to Henriette, she gave such splendid service and background/history of the wines we were tasting and how to pair them with food. I’m wishing here all the best with whatever is to come (hopefully a lot of good and positive career progression). There are other very intimate rooms available for tasting that have to be booked in advance. The differentiation of each one is GORGEOUS! I HIGHLY recommend going wine tasting at Klein Roosboom! ♥️ I will definitely be going back again.

Having not visited Klein Roosboom in quite a while, I was eager to revisit and see how things have evolved. I was pleasantly surprised to see the significant expansion of the outdoor area, which now also includes a restaurant. The wine tasting center’s interior remains mostly the same with their iconic “cement wine pods” in which you can do semi-private wine tastings. While we weren’t able to get an open one, we luckily still managed to grab an open table within the cellar area. We really enjoyed the wine tasting experience, tasting through their bruts, whites, and reds. Everything we tasted we enjoyed, and as their wine caters to different price ranges, you are sure to find something you enjoy and can afford. The waiter who did our tasting was also friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. All of us had a good time and I definitely plan on coming back in the future.

What a gem! Definitely not a secret or hidden, this spot is most beloved in Cape Town; and for good reason. Visited for a wine tasting over the festive period and was quite happy with the overall experience. Food: we tried r meat platter with it wine tasting, it was great. The wines are pretty decent and so is some of the MCC. I've also eaten at the main restaurant before and the liberal experience was good, except for the burger. Service: fantastic service from Matthew, attention to detail, friendly and knowledgeable on the wines. Atmosphere: we booked the Paris room, it was really nice, but could do with some ventilation and maybe a refresh on some of the pieces. I get the theme but a lot of the items don't give Paris but rather old Dutch or Afrikaans. I advise that you book before you go.
