The tasting takes place in our Wine Shop, or in the summer months in the monastery garden, where our winery is located. It consists of 8 wine samples and a board of ripened cheeses and cured meats. The choice of the tasted wines is free, it is up to the guest, or. the recommendation of the sommelier, the pace and total time of the wine tasting is up to you. You can choose wines from approximately 30 types of currently available wines. A sommelier is available to advise you and answer your questions.
