🥂 EXPERIENCE 1 - A JOURNEY THROUGH MONFERRATO THROUGH FAMILY STORIES, THE SCENT OF WOOD, AND GLASSES 💶 €25 PER PERSON - An itinerary designed for those who want to authentically experience the world of Tenimenti Famiglia Cavallero, amidst family stories, winemaking tradition, and the winery's iconic locations. The tour begins with a description of the winery's origins and production philosophy, then continues through the most iconic spaces: the vault of historic vintages, guardian of winemaking history, and the wood room, where the house's great reds are aged. The central part of the experience is dedicated to a guided tasting of four wines, selected to offer a comprehensive overview: a white, three reds, and a special focus on Ruchè, the signature grape and the beating heart of the production. This is followed by a tasting of Vermouth di Torino Superiore, a refined aromatic reinterpretation of Ruchè, which closes the tour on an elegant and unexpected note. The tasting is accompanied by the house's artisanal breadsticks, to enhance every sip with simplicity and taste.

We lived the Bagna Cauda Day experience at the Sant'Agata winery. Friendly welcome and passion for their work! They let us taste all their wines and the bagna cauda with vegetables was excellent. Highly recommended!!

We went here for a tasting. It was wonderful: we learned many new things, drank good wine and spent two very pleasant hours, it felt like we were among friends and I never wanted to leave! A very pleasant experience that I recommend to everyone.
