Begin your visit to Celler Menescal with a guided tour of the winery's vineyards, featuring both older and younger grapevines. The oldest vines, some up to 75 years old, are dedicated to producing one of our signature wines. During the tour, you will learn about the vineyard's cultivation methods and have the opportunity to explore the museum rooms and the winery's modern facilities. Gain insights into the traditional and contemporary winemaking processes that define our wines.
After the tour, enjoy a tasting session featuring at least five different wines. You can select the types of wine you wish to sample based on your preferences. The winemaker will be present to share valuable information about the characteristics and qualities of each wine you taste. We had a unique and unparalleled experience. It was the first time I attended a tasting and the truth is that all my expectations were met. On Friday afternoon we paired it with cheese and white wine... spectacular!!!! (and at a very, very reasonable price) The next day we did a tasting so as not to miss the red wines. It is a very authentic winery where you can easily immerse yourself in the past. The explanations of Josep and his staff They exude love for their ancestors, for the products of Terra Alta and its traditions.
