The staff at Colline del Vento is happy to share their winemaking passion with everyone. The owners, Maria and Gianluca, will take you on a walk through the vineyards while telling you about their philosophy and work ethics. Check out the rows of vines and know about their grape varietals. You will taste organic red and white wines and liquors accompanied by some typical Sardinian treats.
Get seated underneath the shadow of a carb tree and enjoy some of their best wines. Relish typical starters, a meal of malloreddus alla campidanese, a typical Sardinia pasta with sausage tomato sauce, freshly-grilled meat, and dessert. The owners will join you during the tasting.
