Colline Del Vento

I attended a wine tour and tasting here with my friend. What a thoughtful young man running the winery! And the organic Cannonau Red is super delicious! Fresh, fruity, light... beautiful color in the glass. Bravo! We subsequently purchased this wine many times at the Conad in town.

We booked this offer quite spontaneously because we were looking for contact with a winemaker in the region. Gianluca informed us of everything important by email. We booked an evening with food and wine tasting in the vineyard. He picked us up personally at an agreed location in Villasimius because it was not that easy to find this place. Even the first contact was very pleasant. We drove over hill and dale and arrived at his refuge. We were a mixed and random group. After a short hike in the vineyard with the history to go with it, we were able to enjoy a wonderful white wine, with fine pecorino and fine salami. The peace of nature and the spicy air of Sardinia. It is a beautiful place where we were allowed to be. In the background, a suckling pig and mutton were braising over the fire made of vine wood. Then Gianluca brought an orange wine. We were particularly impressed by that. It is excellent and a must for all friends of this wine. The table was lovingly set. We sat in the vineyard under a huge tree with magical lighting. The first course was Sardinian pasta. Mmmhhh delicious. Then we were served the meat. Very tasty. There was also red wine, I stuck with orange...👌🏼🫶 For dessert, typical Sardinian specialties and liqueur. This was also very good. All in all, we would book this again at any time and would like to thank our hosts from the bottom of our hearts.

What an amazing experience my wife and I had at Colline del Vento! The team was so nice, the vineyard was cozy and the lunch and tour experience was incredible. The food was so good, abundant and the wine was spectacular and free-flowing as well! We met other great couples as well and the memories will last our lifetimes. We will absolutely return once we come back to Sardegna!

Gianluca and his team were very friendly and welcoming. The wine and food were delicious. Since I don't eat meat, a pescetarian menu was cooked for me. I would recommend this experience to everyone.

You won't get a standard program here, but you will have a very funny and entertaining time. We'll be happy to come back.

Would highly recommend this experience! Wonderful hosts, amazing organic wines and a generous selection of deli and bread to accompany your wine selection. They have a true passion for what they do. We loved wandering through the vineyards learning about the process of making red, white and orange wine. Worth every penny. Hopefully see you again in the not too distant future. We had a great experience with Gianluca. Took us on a walk of the property and shared all his history and knowledge of the area. The wines were very good and the food delicious. We look forward to coming back on another trip.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a wine tasting and picnic at Colline del Vento, and it was absolutely delightful. With the wine tasting, we enjoyed a beautifully arranged picnic. The spread included fresh, locally sourced produce, artisanal cheeses, and gourmet snacks that perfectly complemented the wines we had sampled. It was a fantastic way to relax and savor the peaceful ambiance of the vineyard.

Gianluca welcomed us warmly to his winery and shared his story with us. After a short tour through the vines, accompanied by Gianluca and his sweet dog, there was a generous tasting of his special wines. We were also served delicious, typically Sardinian snacks. They even provided us with gluten- and lactose-free alternatives. :) We were able to chat at length with Gianluca and the other guests and share our experiences with each other. Thank you very much for the great hospitality. 🙂

Great tasting with Mario. Even with the language barrier, he managed to convey his passion for his organic wine. Delicious product, we bought 2 cases of his wine.

Google search led us directly to "Cantine del Vento" - a name that at first seemed almost too big to be true. However, once we arrived at this oasis in the middle of nowhere, we realized that it was not an exaggeration at all. Gianluca and his father have transformed this place into a small paradise for wine lovers, offering not only organic but also natural wines. We were thirsty as goats in the Cagliari steppe, and ended up there almost by accident. Their warm welcome and the smile they gave us were truly extraordinary. We had the pleasure of tasting each of their wines, and although it was a tough task, we did it. Of all the options, the "orange" was our favorite, a true masterpiece that we can't wait to present in our restaurant too. A big thank you to Gianluca and his cellar for this extraordinary wine experience in Villasimius. We can't wait to come back!

We were 6 friends with Gianluca. We watched the sunset in the vineyards while eating cheese and tasting different wines. It was a different and very nice experience. We felt very well looked after. Truly unique wine tasting, Gianluca and his father make you feel like part of the family. It starts with a walk in the vineyard with interesting oenological and botanical explanations and ends under a carob tree drinking excellent wines, eating sausage, pecorino and carasau bread. In the end myrtle and grappa. Recommended for those who love wines and good company.
