I visited Corte Bravi in Gargagnano in Valpolicella as part of a tour of the area. The company produces organically, using mustard and elderberry to aerate the soil and nettle to strengthen the vines. The harvest is done manually on the 4.5 hectare vineyard and the pomace is returned to the vineyard as fertilizer.
