I visited Corte Bravi in Gargagnano in Valpolicella as part of a tour of the area. The company produces organically, using mustard and elderberry to aerate the soil and nettle to strengthen the vines. The harvest is done manually on the 4.5 hectare vineyard and the pomace is returned to the vineyard as fertilizer.

Great family owned business very friendly! Grand mother doing the wine tasting in their own kitchen. Only reason i give 4 stars is because it’s not my taste of wine but that is very personal
