Organically Raised Vineyards in the Heart of Valpolicella
Immersed in the beautiful panorama, overlooking the green pastures and mountains, the Corte Bravi Winery is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica in Veneto. The vineyards, expanded over the Gargagnago valley, reflect Lake Garda and Soave. All the wines produced here are organic and made from estate-owned grapes grown within Veneto DOC, DOCG, and IGT wine regions.
Winemaking Amidst Perfect Balance of Tradition and History With Modern Technology
In 2011, two brothers of the Brunelli family found Corte Bravi. Andrea and Ivano Brunelli share an unwavering passion for wine production that can be seen in their production line. Back in 1990, the father of the duo purchased a farming land in Gargagnago, where today they grow grapes using organic methods. Many innovative techniques are also introduced in the cellar, respecting the old traditions and biodiversity. In 2015, the estate got organic certification and started using renewable resources of energy in various winemaking processes.
Savor Their Sensational Red and White Wine
Surrounded by picturesque landscapes and ancient estates of Dante, the winery grows various types of grapes in the vineyards. Mainly, one can witness aromatic Corvinone, Corvina, and Rondinella, cultivated alongside Molinara and Oseleta. With high integrity, the viticulture practices are carried out manually, keeping the sensorial properties of the fruit intact.
The cellar is the place where selected berries are moved for soft pressing. Corte Bravi has stainless steel tanks for controlled fermentation and wooden oak barrels for active aging and fining of grains. Photovoltaic systems are widely used to support all the wine production phases. For guests, the cellar doors are always open for red and white wine tasting.
