Visit Distilleria Bosso during the winter months from December to February for a unique experience. This is when they distill grappa, allowing guests to witness the fascinating transformation of grapes into this beloved spirit. You’ll see the stills in action and enjoy the aromatic scents of the vines as they turn into a rich distillate, drop by drop. While tours are available year-round, the distillation process is only visible in winter.

During your tasting session, savor the renowned grappa alongside Amaro del Monferrato and Vermouth di Torino, all crafted from cherished family recipes. These delightful spirits are perfectly paired with traditional Piedmontese cuisine, making for a memorable experience. Distilleria Bosso is a must-visit winery for anyone interested in wine tasting and tours in the heart of Barolo. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy this authentic taste of Piedmont!

I have known the product for years, I know the staff who work on it, as well as being extremely helpful towards the customer, I think they are the few left who know how to distill with the classic method. I recommend everyone to visit the place and buy the products. Prices are competitive. Upon entering the premises it seems more like a grappa boutique than a company.

I purchased some bottles of grappa (excellent products) delivered by courier and purchased by bank transfer, everything was done with the utmost seriousness and speed. Thanks to everyone, and especially to the very kind Francesca who takes care of the sales department. Reliable and professional...

Historic place. Grappa boxwood began its production in 1888, therefore more than 130 years ago. This location dates back to the 1920s, when they built the railroad nearby. Admiring the production of grappa, you will find original wooden barrels from one hundred and thirty years ago! Interesting to see how they produce grappa, still in an artisanal and non-industrial way despite the bottles being found in the supermarket. Competent, friendly and nice owner. A company that keeps the best of tradition but immerses itself in the present with an eye to the future. Compliments.
