The wine tour at the Ivaldi Dario winery starts with a walk through the vineyards with the owner and the winemaker. They will talk about the various grape types and the harvesting techniques like pruning and harvesting. Then you will visit the winery, and it will be explained to you as the wine lighthouse. Learn about the various methods used in winemaking.
After this, you will visit the tasting room with the winemaker for a tasting of some of their best wines.
