You can visit the cellar and see the various steps in winemaking and ageing.
There are 3 types of wine tastings: traditional wines, selection wines, and traditional & selection wines. You can taste up to 3 traditional and 3 selection wines paired with a plate of mixed cheese and salami. The winemaker will guide you through the tasting and tell you the qualities of the wines you taste.
