Located in the picturesque Langhe region, a UNESCO World Heritage site, La Biòca is a vibrant winery that beautifully blends tradition with modern techniques. The name La Biòca translates to "stubborn" or "determined" in Piedmontese, reflecting our commitment to producing outstanding wines.

Our Terroir

Our vineyards thrive in some of the most esteemed areas of the Langhe, including Monforte d'Alba, La Morra, Novello, and Verduno. Here, we cultivate both indigenous and international grape varieties, allowing each bottle to showcase the distinct characteristics of our unique soil and climate.

Our Wines

At La Biòca, we take pride in crafting high-quality wines. Our portfolio features rare varieties such as Rossese Bianco and Pelaverga Piccolo, alongside classic grapes like Chardonnay, Barbera, and Dolcetto. We also produce powerful and elegant Nebbiolo wines, including Langhe Nebbiolo, Nebbiolo d'Alba, and exquisite Barolos.

Our Philosophy

We combine traditional winemaking methods with innovative practices to enhance quality and sustainability. Every aspect of our process, from vineyard management to cellar operations, is approached with care and passion.

Why Choose La Biòca?

  • Authenticity – Our wines genuinely reflect the Langhe terroir.
  • Innovation – We respect tradition while experimenting with new techniques.
  • Sustainability – We prioritize responsible viticulture and minimal intervention.

We invite you to experience the essence of the Langhe in every sip of La Biòca wine. Cheers!

A visit to the wine cellar with tasting is definitely worth a try, very interesting for the explanation that refers not only to the wine cellar but to the entire Langhe region, the friendly and competent staff offers interesting wines for all tastes and budgets. Accessible to everyone, even the less experienced, recommended!

What a fantastic (last minute) tour and tasting experience. Egor was super lovely and so knowledgeable - he was so friendly and made us feel very welcome considering we just turned up without booking. And the wines…… fabulous!!! Please go and support this small winery!!
