Join us for a unique wine tasting experience that reflects the philosophy of the owner and the principles of Biodynamics. At Castello di Tassarolo, there’s much to see and enjoy. Start your visit by meeting the majestic French horses in the stable, where you can observe them assisting with seasonal tasks. You may also have the opportunity to tour the biodynamic kitchen garden, where fresh ingredients are harvested for guest meals.

Your adventure continues in the castle's cellar, where you will learn about the vinification, bottling, and aging processes within a biodynamic framework. The tour culminates under a charming gazebo with a tasting of five exquisite wines, including red, white, sparkling, and rosé. Paired with a selection of local delicacies, you will compare wines crafted without sulphites, aged in stainless steel or wood, and sourced from vineyards tended by horses, showcasing both young and ancient vines.

We had the pleasure of visiting the cellar and having an excellent tasting. Even though it was the beginning of January, we were welcomed by the boy (Ato), who was very knowledgeable, kind and engaging, so much so that the hours passed very quickly. We had the pleasure of visiting the cellar and the various preparation areas. We recommend visiting them if you want to try excellent wines from our area that are difficult to find. Thanks again for the excellent experience and see you next time.

Magnificent place, top quality products, welcome under a pergola with table set and wine tasting, beautiful day, it would be great to get there by pedal-assisted bike. The owner is an exquisite person and has a great passion for her work.
