Wine tasting and tour at Castello di Tassarolo

The further tour takes you to the cellar of Castello di Tassarolo, where you can learn about how vinification, bottling, and aging in a biodynamic framework take place.

Under a flowery gazebo, the tour will end with a wine tasting of 5 wines: red, white, sparkling and rosè. Together with a plate of local delights you will try and compare wines without sulphites, made in stainless steel or wood, from vineyards worked by horses, from young and very old vineyards.
