If you want to discover typical Apulian wines with character, Castel di Salve is the place you are looking for.

We will take you to visit our historic winery, a monument of industrial architecture of the 19th century, crossing the various active production rooms, the vineyard behind, the underground barrel cellar where we refine the reserves of fine reds. Afterwards we will guide you in the tasting of some of our most iconic wines in the tasting room.
Possibility of purchase at cellar prices.

Very pleasant and informative visit of the cellar led in French by Riccardo. Very clear explanations and tasting of several wines and their olive oil – a delight! Highly recommended!
