A Strong Family Tradition is the Key to Success
With a strong family tradition, the Castel Di Salve Winery was established in 1992. Carrying out the works of the ancestral winery with the same name that was built in 1885, the owner today produces three types of wines. It includes delicious red, white and rose wines, under the name Santi Medici. At present, the winery delivers hundreds and thousands of wine bottles with ten different labels. Today, Francesco handles the operations of the winery. V isitors to Castel Di Salve appreciate the efforts of restoring the historic winery and all the advanced methods of wine production that the owners have introduced. The antique cellar consists of wooden oak barrels where they store three gems of the estate, namely Cento, Lama del Tenente and Priante for refinement and aging.
